Here's a recipe for The Best Bacon Ever that I debuted at the old house in Aptos. Take a whole side of bacon and slice it as wide as it is thick. Grill, moving constantly until crispy on the outside and juicy on the in. Then slice it about 3/8 thick like a Now And Later and enjoy.

I've spewed this before, but if you're stuck at home with a side of bacon, it might be of help.
