Legend is a term that should never be thrown about lightly, but in the case of Kona’s original Wah Wah flat pedal it’s not a stretch to invoke the L word to cement its status among the pedals that have left their mark in the history books of the sport – not to mention on a shin or two! When the Wah Wah hit the market, over ten years ago now, it was flatter, thinner, and grippier than most of the other options out there. It may not look all that exciting by today’s standards, but when it was released it instantly relegated all the thicker, clunkier pedals to yesterday’s news. Cherry on the cake...

The Good

Very strong and stiff frame, Smooth and silent ride. very playful

The Bad

Heavy considering is carbon, but is very strong build.

Had the first G1 process 153 and loved it so much for 4 years until this new model came out.It is an improvement on the already remarkably performing all mountain bike. low standover, sure footed, and killer in the descents,

The original Process 153 was highly regarded at the time of its release. The bike's progressive geometry, lively suspension, and unflappable reliability quickly built a following and also seemed to influence how other brands approached the geometry and sizing of their own products. The original Process 153 seemed to stand the test of time against carbon constructed, feature-laden super bikes, but nothing is perfect and many Process fans were speculating what changes could make such a good bike even better.
