2017 YT Jeffsy AL Two 27 Bike

The Jeffsy 27 has been a really fun bike to get to know the past 2 months. I purchased the AL Two 27 as I had planned to swap parts out and put a build on I preferred. This is not to say that you go not get a ton of bike for the amount of money, but I had a build in mind. I've put the bike through DH tracks, jump lines, long pedal days and the everything in between. The bike is super progressive and takes getting use to. This is great for jumping and drops, but keep in mind you will have to ride aggressive to use full travel. The shock does tend to pack up (lack of a better term) on repeated successive hits, but holds it own otherwise. I do plan to swap the rear shock at some point, so will update the review when I do. Flip chip is nice for the long pedal days as it makes the bike feel a bit more agile on tight switch backs. Let down was the boost rear end paired to a non-boost fork. This has since been changed with the 2018 models, but seems like it could have been an easy decision to rectify when speccing the bikes originally. Regardless, it won't slow you or the bike down. Things that could be improved? Not much, purchase a more expensive build if you want better brakes/drive train/etc, but for the price, its a great buy.
