Mitch Ropelato - Raining on Saturday 24

Mitch Ropelato has such a tremendous depth of talent. In between World Cup downhill races, he casually shreds this Salt Lake City skate park in the rain. Got tailwhips and flairs? Mitch does.

Kid is so smooth, so much fun to watch ride.
Plus his cornering, holy sh*t. 2:48 after the bowl to bowl transfer, must have left tread imprints in the concrete.

Mitch is so rad that it's tough to give him shit for riding a mountain bike, with a full-face, in a skatepark. I guess if its raining, its o.k...

enjoyed that video very much. I like that just one of his rims cost more than probably anyone else bike at the skate park. Go carbon or go home!

Best thing about Mitch is that he is not one dimensional, wait a minute! He is, everything he does is fast and stylish. Much respect for and enjoyment of his skills and versatility.

Good god... I ride with Mitch all the time, and I'm continually amazed at this kids talent. DH, Pumptrack, DJ, street, it doesn't matter. Amazing skills.

I never really shoot skatepark, but Mitch made it easy.. every shot was pretty much first try. Just an average day of shredding for him!

Very impressive. I kinda wish they would bring back some World Cup tracks like Willengen so we could see Mitch sail gracefully over the jumps and rollers at 1,500mph!

HELLS YES! It takes so much skill to casually ride on wet concrete like that, any park rider will attest that it's damn near riding on ice when wet for most skate parks.
