Topeak Mini 20 Pro Tool
The Good

- Most keys, screwdrivers, etc. seems to be high quality - Good Ergonomics - Lightweight - Includes chain breaker and spoke keys - Adjustable rotation resistance - All the tools you need, none that you don't

The Bad

- A couple of the features are rust prone - 2 mm is L shaped - You'll likely lose the chain hook

Overall Review
I bought my Mini 20 Pro in March of 2020, so it's been in use for just under 2 years now. Most of the time it sits in my pack, but I've used just about every tool on it at some point. The 5mm, which gets used most often, is still sharp despite being used in high torque situations, which I see as a testament to the durable nature of this product. I chose this over the Crankbrothers F15 because of its smaller form factor, slightly lower price, and the Torx T10. Overall I’ve had a great experience with this tool, and for the price I purchased it for ($30.65), I’m satisfied. That said, there are a...

Topeak Mini 6 Multi-Tool
The Good

Price, just enough for emergencies

The Bad

Not very long bits

Overall Review
If you are looking for a minimalist tool to keep in your pocket or in a small frame pack while riding. I use this in my baggy shorts pocket while riding and there is just enough for minor trailside work on the bike. I am normally really good about checking bolts before rides, but you never know when you need a little help! It contains all the major bits used for your bike minus some pivots. The bits are short in length, but work in most instances on your stem, bars, brake levers, etc. I like it because it is small, but still useful. Before I was carrying a heavy and much larger multi tool that...

Topeak Alien II Folding Tool 26 Function
The Good

Great variety of tools All metal tools Chain holder Break apart design

The Bad

Pocket heavy Not a shop tool replacement Plastic can flex

Overall Review
Topeak's Alien line of multitools has been progressing for sometime now and this version is top-notch. The Alien has a great variety of tools and the metal constuction feels solid, but the plastic frame can be flexly for certain jobs. The break apart design is one that sets this tool apart and allows you to integrate the different sides. The chain breaker is a great example as it uses the hex wrench to turn the breaker pin in. The breaker works so well on this tool that I have never purchased a more shop specific one. Also love the included chain holder, fits perfect and means no more homemade...

Topeak Pocket Shock DXG Pump
The Good

compact, accurate readings, tough, reasonable price

The Bad

none really

Overall Review
I've had this pump for about 2 years now, and I use it for a couple of bikes that have both air forks and shocks. It's compact enough that I always drop it in my hydration pack when I ride. The air valve works and I always get accurate readings. There's a little air loss when I disengage from the valve but I attribute that mostly to the air trapped in the hose. When reattaching it the pressure readings remain consistent. I've dropped it many times on rocks and pavement and it's held up. No broken glass or off-readings. Basically, this is a good shock pump that is accurate and reliable. I don't...

Topeak Pocket Shock DXG Pump
The Good

Small enough to fit easily in a hydration pack. Will inflate a fork or shock from zero to fully aired up within a minute. Good for home use.

The Bad

Slightly difficult to grip comfortably. Bleed valve does not work well unless used in one specific way. Despite dual-stage chuck, still releases some air when removed.

Overall Review
This is a solid shock pump for occasional home or trail-side use. I wouldn't recommend it for a shop mechanic or somebody who tinkers with their suspension all the time, because it's tricky to get a comfortable grip on this pump due to its small size. On the plus side, that small size means that you can bring it along on a ride easily if you're still figuring out suspension settings. The rotating hose allows it to fit into most tight spaces without much trouble. The dual-stage chuck is more cumbersome and slow to use than the lever found on some other pumps, and it doesn't quite prevent that...
