It doesn't have an official name yet, but a handful of FOX riders and testers are using a prototype compression adjustment lever that allows them to quickly add a pedal platform. This is particularly useful on longer travel trail and enduro bikes, as it's possible to add some climbing assistance without changing the HS/LS settings for the descent.

According to Mark Fitzsimmons, the FOX Racing Applications Development (RAD) program manager, Greg Minnaar asked them to develop a coil with a Propedal lever in 2013 after racing his first Enduro World Series on a Santa Cruz Bronson. It was originally targeted as a 2017 product to be released next April. FOX is ahead of schedule and might release it in January as an aftermarket offering. Same with the coil version.
