Ladies, meet Compel. Looking at these pieces you might not have guessed that this small company based in Denver, CO, has been making xc/road jerseys and lifestyle shirts commercially for only 3 years now. This 2017 lineup is their first to include a few trail style options. Their jerseys are simple yet fun with a focus on design, quality technical fabric with features such as UV protection and moisture control, and competitive pricing.

Compel's four MTB jerseys - the Endura short sleeve in grey and red, Outerself short sleeve in purple and pink, Camp short sleeve in two shades of purple, and Warhol 3/4 sleeve in grey and blue - will retail for $50. The XC/road jerseys, all short sleeved with a full front zip, will retail for $85. Though I don't usually wear this style jersey, I thought the Atrium jersey in light blue with floral print panels was pretty sweet looking.

Compel has no baggie shorts available yet but are shooting to have them for 2018. Lady shredder Britt who works for Compel does many of the local races in Colorado, Keystone and Crested Butte are a couple of her favorite spots, and is helping give feedback on the future MTB lineup. She sounds stoked for what's to come and fingers crossed will convince Javier and Joel, the owners, to bring some teal into the future line. Hands up. Who loves teal?

Also cool are Compel's lifestyle T's. These types of shirts are fun to rock and represent the bike love.
