HT's long awaited clipless pedals, co-developed with Aaron Gwin, will soon be available. They feature an extruded/CNC'd aluminum body, three sealed bearings, one DU bushing, several replaceable traction pins, and adjustable spring tension. Weight for the standard X1 is 470g per pair, while the X2 drops a few grams with a lighter cage. Both will be offered in steel and titanium axle options.

The pedals use HT's own cleat design. There are two types of cleats with varying float/feel. Plastic spacers help with shoe clearance if needed.
