Vallnord, Andorra to Host 2015 UCI Mountain Bike and Trials World Championships 4

Fresh off the wire, the 2015 UCI Mountain Bike and Trials World Championships have been awarded to Vallnord, Andorra. This should lay to rest any track-related controversy for the coming 2 years, with rider-favorite Hafjell in Norway hosting the 2014 edition.

Vallnord hosted a World Cup this year, and by all accounts, did so with great success. The organization laid out a new track that provided plenty of challenges for the riders, and the racing was every bit as exciting as we could have hoped for. Who doesn't remember Remi Thirion's hallucination-inducing tear down the final section to claim his maiden World Cup win?
