Dakotah Norton and Frida Ronning fastest Elite qualifiers at Windrock Bike Park U.S. National Downhill Series race.

Qualifying times are posted from the 2020 U.S. National Downhill Series race at Windrock Bike Park, Tennessee. Dakotah Norton used his local knowledge to snag a 2:33 time, edging out Neko Mulally and Luca Shaw in Elite Men's class. Frida Ronning put a hefty dent in the Elite Women's category with a 3:06, some 14 seconds ahead of Kera Linn. Jr. X shredder, Dante Silva managed a 2:37 which would have put him in 4th place in Elites. The rebirth of the Semi-Pro class had the Top 3 men just a few seconds apart.

Dak's local knowledge, didn't Neko design/build the course? Or does he only crush it every year?

Dak lives in South Knoxville, so he lives a solid 2 hours closer to Windrock than Neko, who lives over in NC 15 minutes from the Shaw’s and Grice.
