Pre-Worlds: Remi Thirion and Myriam Nicole Take Top Spot in Vallnord 6
With World Champs only 108 days away (who's counting, though?), some riders took the opportunity to get in some extra practice on the future Worlds track at Vallnord Bike Park for round 2 of the DVO Downhill Cup. Topping the Men's DH was dangerman Remi Thirion, with Greg Minnaar and Matt Simmonds close behind in the number 2 and 3 spots.
Pro Men's DH Top-5

- Greg Minnaar, 4:23.59

In the Women's field it was Myriam Nicole who took the win, with Manon Carpenter not too far behind in second. Less than two seconds between the first and second place times, it was pretty much a two-woman race with 3rd place well over a minute back.
