Loris Vergier Seeds Fastest Junior in Hafjell 2

Loris Vergier took the first step today towards living up to his favorite status by seeding in first place by quite a margin. Taylor Vernon and Amaury Pierron are in hot pursuit. Belgium's "part-time downhiller" Martin Maes and the USA's Luca Shaw have work to do if they want the stripes.

Note that at World Champs, there is no qualifying run, all riders to selected to represent their country in the competition take the start on Sunday. In the junior categories, the seeding results do determine the start order in Sunday's final, whereas in the elite categories, seeding runs are replaced by an Official Time Session which serves to....uhhh....well, time a run for those who want to put some kind of stake in the ground. Elite riders are seeded and take the start according to their UCI points.
