FINAL RESULTS - #USDH National NW Cup Tamarack 10

It can't get much closer than this!

The track remained dry and dusty, despite cool temperatures and cloudy skies, as the second round of the 2020 #USDH National Series, and first round of the 2020 NW Cup, concluded at Tamarack Resort in Idaho. Hundreds of downhill mountain bike racers from across the country gathered to race each other and the clock on a course that requires technical rock and high-speed turning skills.

Charlie Harrison went fastest on the day with a blistering 2:49 flat in the Pro Men's class. Then, the Pro Men stacked up! 2nd through 4th were all in the 2:55-second range. Steve Walton took 2nd, Carson Eiswald, 3rd and Nik Nestoroff, 4th just milliseconds apart from each other. Topping that, 5th through 7th all shared the 2:56-second range together. Times in Pro Men continued to be tight down the entire sheet.

The Top 3 Pro Women were also within inches of each other. Camila Nogueira of Colorado took the win over Kailey Skelton, just one second off her pace and Mazie Hayden just 1.8 seconds off the winning time in 3rd.

Junior X Men shared nail-biting finishes with Austin Dooley taking down Tyler Ervin by just .56 seconds. Dooley would have placed 5th in Pro Men. Taylor Ostgaard beat her sister Aletha in the Junior X Women's class.
