Hi i am hoping to do some colorado sloepstyle events next but i need a new bike. i have been using a hard tail for awhile but i cracked the frame. i am looking for a hard tail or low travel bike. any advice

your best bet would be a transition double... it can dirt jump, race slalom and 4x, do slopestyle, and ive even seen someone do a DH race with one!

some more options to consider:
-corsair koing
-specialized SX
-banshee rune
-cove hooker

all 5 of these bikes would be perfect for you application.

Hey man,

My 2 cents . . . check out the Banshee Rampant. At 4" of travel, the thing is DIALED for slopestyle. Just enough to take the harshness off the big hits, but not so much that it still jumps incredibly well.

I will second the Transition Double. I have been on one for the last two years. It has worked really well at all of the courses I have ridden it on. I would say, short travel is the ticket for most of the tracks you will likely be riding (the ranch, Crankworx Colorado...) If you are on a budget, a hardtail would be a great option as you can still ride all of those tracks plus stuff like Road 34, Teva, Lyons outdoor games and ride a lot more

check out the specialized sx too
real sick frame with a nice low top tube and 4" of travel as well
