Can we get a poll to see who is the strongest at "_______" or "________?" Like who can do more pushups? Gee or Bruni? Can Loris win an arm wrestling match over Rachel Atherton? I don't know, but it would be rad to put a poll up and have the top two go at it after each world cup round. Winner gets a super valuable VitalMTB sticker.

I get a bunch of messages from people from any age asking me how to become a professional rider. Here is the answer and it’s very simple: You need to work YOUR ASS OFF !!! Nobody got to the top by doing the minimum. Even if you have tones of talent, you’ll have to work extremely hard!! But you’ll have to enjoy it, to take pleasure doing it, step by step, day by day you’ll build yourself up, you’ll get stronger, faster, more talented, you’ll get more intuitive, you’ll find the flow where it doesn’t seem that it could exist, you’ll fail... oh yes you’ll fail... but you’ll learn from it and come back stronger, you’ll go beyond your limits just because you love what you are doing, you’ll put all your heart and passion in what you do, you’ll create your own style, your own brand, you’ll be YOURSELF !!! If you have these big goals but you don’t know where to start, well, just start, by anything, things will click in afterwards, but you’ll always have to make the first step!! Today I went to the gym, and when I saw the workout, I got scared.. but I took it step by step, and with the support of people at @opuswhistler I went beyond my limits. Ohhh and another thing: Let say that you train 25 hours per week, that also means that you have 143 hours left to fuck it all up ?. Yeah, 270-280. Even if they are 35s, that's still 250ish. And she's making easy work of it. Super impressive for a girl who probably weighs 130 if that?

2x your body weight as a female is very impressive. Especially so if you aren't "training to be the best at excercisin' "

Or it can be trolling, I remember the Uni gym had plates that were all identical that being 5kg, 10kg or 20kg. Sometimes you'd see lads at the bench with a bar loaded to the brim only to then realise it was loaded with 5s. Unless it has colors on it I am now very sceptical when I see seemingly big loads.
