Marzocchi 888 RC3 EVO Titanium fork setup and tuning guide

Edited Date/Time 3/27/2016 4:11pm
Just recently I´ve been lucky to be present at the Release of the limited edition WC Race Downhill bike from YT-Industries.

The best part of all was being able to pick the brains of the Marzocchi head mechanic, and Manager regarding the setup and tuning of their new Marzocchi 888 RC3 EVO Titanium fork....

I´ve finally put that information together, and share that with you all now with the aim of helping those who wish to get the most out of their fork.

7 photos in total so far... it is a bit rough, but should give you the idea to start with..

Regards, and good biking,

Neal

I hope my question can get some responses. I've got a Marz 888 RC3 Evo V2 2012. When I took the fork off the bike, removing it from the crowns, the rebound/ compression leg sags lower than the spring leg. Do you think this might just be a lack of oil or air? Hope someone can answer. Thanks.

Hi , i have a little truble with the travel of my marzocchi, i tried to regulate compresion sag and rebound. So i came to the conclusion i have to remove some air but i dont find any inlet valves for air. Any one could help me ? I only use 100mm so i would like to use all of it.

THX
