Any Mech's in Upstate NY looking for Side work??

So I am putting my rear wheel back together and I have like 90% done, the lacing is all set and now it just needs to be tensioned and dished properly which I'm not too good at. My bike shops are prolly going to charge me $40 to do this (which would take about 10min total) and the wheel has no tires, rim tape or anything on it to contend with so I don't know why it would cost so much when I've been charged $0-$10 before. Does anyone know of any mechanics that do jobs on the side that I could throw some extra work? Take care guys and thanks all.
