i would like to try to build a track in my garden with downhill features like drops and jumps and sharp turns but there is no hill near, is it a waste of time or should i give it a try?

i think a pumptrack or some dirt jumps would be more worthwhile for your yard. take your bike around town and ride off walls and stairs if you want to practice drops etc. building them would be pretty expensive and/or time-consuming for little reward.

yeah but there are no walls nor stairs in the lil village where i live close to and the time consume ain't big deal for me because i got too much time but not enough time to go to a riding spot
