I run 200mm Avid HS1 rotors front and rear but my bike is a little more oriented to bombing down hills. I'm on a Specialized Enduro Expert Evo (2012) and I'm running Code calipers front and rear. I weigh about 220, so that factors into my rotor size choice.

Its crazy but I run 203mm on all my bikes. I do this so I always have back up rotors if I bend one and need to steal from another bike

I tend to keep the rear smaller. Six inches on a trail bike and seven on the DH. All the power is from the front brake, the rear is just to keep you straight.

i still use 160mm rotors (front and rear) on my bike.

considering to change to 180mm up front.

Edit: Now i'm using 180mm front and rear. I really felt the difference. Braking is much, much better.

203mm front & 180mm back.
I am kind of big, so I need the extra size to slow me down..

Update: I'm on a Yeti SB-95 (95c frame on order, should be here any day) now. Still running same 200 front and rear but considering dropping the rear to 180.
