The opening round of the 2013 UCI World Cup season was quite an eye opener. Taking place a the legendary Fort William, Scotland venue, Gee and Rachel Atherton took home victories for their family and for GT Factory Racing. Expected to be in the top of the results, 2012 UCI World Cup Champion, Aaron Gwin (Specialized Racing) finished 20th and 2012 UCI World Champion, Greg Minnaar (Santa Cruz Syndicate), finished 8th.
