I’d like to know how tall the owner is and, is it the first bike he has owned that fits him?

192cm tall.
I have owned other 'modern geometry' bikes that have fitted and been comfortable to ride. What I find good here is the additional traction offered on both front and rear. It seems the longer chainstays distribute my weight back onto the front wheel - a problem I'm now realising I had with long reach / short chainstay bikes.
