I have boa laces on my clip-in shoes and I really like them, I suspect I'll like them on flat shoes as well! :D

Aha that is very helpful. So the 'aft' cylinder contains the damper fluid and IFP, and the 'forward' cylinder is the air spring? Very trick.

Yeah, it's serial instead of parallel - the movement of the shaft into the damper displaces oil volume and that pushes on an IFP between the air spring and the damper oil, thus providing suspension. Same as Millyard, apparently same as 'tank suspension'
Other shocks are parallel, the relative...more

Looks fantastic, and production-ready. As a rider who does most of his own service, I think a design that shields the shock from rear wheel muck will be very attractive to a lot of riders. Mucho gusto.

Not stoked about the styling. It looks like you're wearing a helmet on your helmet. I guess technically you are?

While dropper posts and long/low geo are current hot topics, the experience I've had with my Slash 9.7 compels me to answer "wheels". The Line Comp 30s were pretty disappointing spec on a bike that's capable of so much rowdiness what with the soft alloy ... more ยป

Good riding and a couple hundo grand (?) of free $! Yes, it sure does have a lot to offer. Wasn't really commenting on that...but rather on B-ham being the hot spot de jour.

"Weapons grade" anything bike related causes my eyes to roll to the back of my skull.

Agree, these look sweet. Granted this is totally a first-world problem, but to me it solves the 'hassle' of unlacing wet and muddy laces which are commonplace much of the year here in the PNW. I think they nailed it with all the shoes though TBH.
