What is your experience with the quite high BB of this bike?
I was admittedly a bit unsure of the high BB on paper, but with the longer chainstay it is a lively and fun bike that still is stable at speed. Plus less pedal strikes.
Soooo tempted to chop the Stage 5 in for one of these!
Can’t say anything about the Stage 5, but the Switch9er is very impressive. Fast yet playful and pedals well uphill. Not the lightest, but it hides it well.
'Not the lightest but hides it well' - sounds like me!
The Stage 5 is a great bike, just fancy a smaller brand! Probably keep the Stage 5 and save up for a Switchback Ti!
weight?
