My bike is REALLY beautiful, but it collects dust in the basement... The fatbike season has just ended and the trails will not be clear of snow and enough dry before the end of May. For the moment I am using my road bike!

You are right we are really tall, 180cm and super long legs. So a 175mm seatpost makes sense for us, a shorter one would bother me in the downhills.

A good way of looking at it but I don't think using a dropper would additionally tire me out so much. But I definitely only use it where it makes sense. Also you can easily lower the saddle just a bit, so...more

Hum ok... But what's the point to have 175mm of travel? They probalby have really long legs and short torso!?
If not, at 5'10'' and with their set-up, with the seat completely up, Your feet won't ever touch pedals...

I'm 5'10'' and I just bought a 2020 Sight size large 29''. I swaped the post to a Fox Transfer Factory with 150mm of travel and I have less exposed post (the black part that goes in the frame) than that... How tall are they???
