2x as much $ as some other very well performing droppers on the market. That value proposition is painful.

Following a few wrist injuries I am also very sensitive to harshness transmitted through the bars. I found the Shout best when paired with some handlebars offering a bit of give to make up for the momentary harshness that can be experienced on even curb-sized dropoffs. ALL the pivots. Haha....more

Doesn't it seem like all the positive attributes of the Trust forks can be achieved by running less sag and more compression on your existing telescopic fork? Less brake dive, doesn't throw you forward when you hit braking bumps or deep holes, stability on steep sections, etc, these are the...more

I know of someone with this exact footage. wink I wonder if it'll be posted!

I have zero affiliation with the company or any media outlet at this point. I'm also good at setting up suspension. It is world's different when slapping the front wheel. Like, "oh my God did I forget to leave a...more

There's more useful information in a handful of these opinions than in a 1,000 miles of the "bad road" known as Pinkbike comments.

Been on these for a few months now. Had a few rock strikes that I was sure were going to do some severe damage but they shrugged em off with barely a scratch. Inner bearing bulge has not really been noticeable to me unless my foot accidentally ends up in the wrong place on the pedal, in which case it seems to help direct it into the right spot. Just checked the bearings this past weekend and they still feel like new.

Nice review. I've been on these for the past 3 months and love them. Tons of grip and super tough after numerous rock strikes. I was a big fan of the originals as well, but happy to see that these are thinner and lighter, and that the unnecessary spin control is gone.

All of that combined is probably 1/10th of what they spend on their road programs.

Hum...I never hear stories of punters going thru 4-6 alloy rims over a race weekend....I get what you are saying and it certainly applies to things like hack shifting, but talk with some WC mechanics about rim consumption on rocky tracks over a race ... more »

Because punters put wheels thru the rigors of top WC racers, right? At this point those e*thirteen rims under Gwin for so many years with no issues are looking pretty good.

Content creation is not what it used to be for young, white, tatted-up bro's riding bikes. Too many of those guys all doing the same thing. It's diluted and tired. The 'gram is all boomers now. Do you even tiktok bro?

Considering costs of fielding a race team and impacts of instafuencers on marketing budgets it's gotta be hard for racers that are not at the pointy end of the stick. Esp in DH with limited riders being shown on redbull.tv. Im a huge fan of Moir and ... more »

If nothing else, I guess this will finally answer the long debated question: if bikes with electronic motors are indeed "motor bikes"!?!?!

Been using this cassette with Shimano XT 12 speed shifter and derailleur and a KMC chain and it works great. My hub didn't have a Microspline freehub available, and I didn't want to buy a whole new rear wheel, so this solution was perfect. It's also a nice chunk lighter...more
