Sick bike man, can you describe or show a picture of where you hid the di2 battery? Getting a Spartan sometime this week, thinking I might go Di2 once the XT stuff they announced today hits.

Dang, they really need to work on their branding, I wondered about that stem, but it doesn't really say it does Di2 anywhere in the description or name.

I'm insanely curious about wire routing, does it run out of the top through that little arrow in the pic, then back down into the stem? Post some pics when you get in installed!

Gotcha. wasn't sure if it would have enough space with a dropper, or wondering if it might rattle, but sounds like it's been problem free. Although, I am hoping they come out with a PRO stem like the tharsis, but in AM lengths, putting the battery in the steerer seems like a great solution, especially for charging.

Although, I am very tempted by that "split pivot socket" top cap Salsa released at the same time as the Redpoint. I'm on a big kick to get tools off my back & onto the bike. thinking about building a custom framebag for the small area in front of the shock, to hold multitool, pump, & tube.

They have a Tharsis stem for AM. I'm actually in the process of moving my battery down on the steerer.
