Pure Quality
Rating:
The Good
Subtle looks, damping, light weight, shape, width
The Bad
Expensive, I guess, but relative to other carbon bars, they're not so bad.
Overall Review:

Love these bars - they're light, the graphics are subtle and not in our face, the shape, width, sweep, everything is just "right". Had them on the DH bike first, liked them so much I got the same setup for my trail bike. One unexpected benefit was the damping - I don't notice any flex in use, but on a holiday after four days uplift riding over rocky terrain, my hands weren't tired/cramped and I had no arm pump. Worth the money for that alone.

Vibration Damping where it's needed
Rating:
The Good
Light, incredible vibration damping, looks good
The Bad
None really, maybe price but this is handmade so I get the price
Overall Review:

I've ridden carefully chosen carbon bars for years now and when Easton launched their latest Havoc it was a no brainer. Light, strong and incredibly forgiving, sucking up negative energy on the trail. I have the Haven on my trail bike as well with the same positive results. It's one of the few bars I trust after instant failure on a aluminum bar a few years back.

Easton hits a homerun with this one

The Bad
a bit pricey

Can't beat these bars if you want the best! I went from an aluminum bar I liked a lot to these and was amazed at the difference 100grams less weight and the vibration damping the carbon bar makes overall. Great measurements at 3/4 inch rise and 750mm wide. Spoil yourself and get one, just be sure to protect them with end caps somehow.

Overall Review:

When comparing the price of these bars to other companies carbon models, these are relatively good price. Also you can find great deals on these bars because the latest 35mm bar is Easton's new flagship handlebar.  I picked these up at Sea Otter in April of 2012, they've worked great on my XC bike.  Really strong and are very lightweight especially when combined with Easton Havoc stem.

One thing to note, not sure if other carbon bars are this way.  But I've had trouble putting bar end plugs into the ends of the bars.  I'm currently using ODI Lock-ons to clamp the ends of the bars.  But ya, when I've tried to put in several models of ODI plugs they are too big, Easton must have their own brand or something.

The Havoc Carbon may hog the spotlight, but its aluminum counterpart here is equally impressive. This handlebar demonstrates why Easton has been known as the materials expert for the past 75-years. Like our original Hyperlite, the Havoc uses TaperWall™ butting and our ability to cold-work the material. The Havoc Aluminum is a full 750-millimeters wide; available in either 20- or 30-millimeters of rise; and comes in three bold color options. It’s no wonder the Havoc Aluminum has quickly become the must-have handlebar for any type of gravity mayhem, including freeride, DH and park riding.
