Martin Maes took this GT Distortion to the 2016 Sea Otter Dual Slalom win today. Maes, known for his Enduro World Series skills is an all-around shredder who took this same Dual Slalom win in 2015. Racing was tight all night as Martin, who's only 19, duked it out in the finals with 14-year-old GT teammate, Joey Foresta, who placed 2nd. GT's Brook MacDonald took 3rd, going up in the consolation round against past Sea Otter Slalom winner, Jared Graves. Graves washed out in a turn as Brook held on for bronze.

Martin's GT Distortion features a Shimano Saint drivetrain, FOX suspension, including the beefy FOX 36 fork up front. Schwalble tires keep the grip with Stan's No Tubes Flow EX wheels. A Race Face cockpit steers the ship.
