Wild wilder Brook! He was one of the fastest and wildest guys in the whoops section by far! @maddogboris

Gwin is pinned...or is it pinballed? These rocks are slow and awkward even for the fastest.
Tracey Hannah is fast in these rocks. She had the top two splits and top speed in Women's qualifying, so it will be tight racing, that's for sure! -Sven Martin
The live feed includes a great pre show too these days. Rob and Claudio on the mic today getting ready to bring it to you on race day. -Sven Martin

The morning started out slick, but by qualifying time, the DH track at the UCI World Cup in Cairns, Australia, was primed and ready for racing. Incredibly close competition resulted in the Top 30 Elite Men being within the same 10 seconds and Troy Brosnan on top of the pile. Rachel Atherton and Matt Walker rounded out top runs in Women and Junior classes.

Sven Martin, Duncan Philpott and @maddogboris deliver the high-speed goods from the jungle down under.
