RESULTS & Highlights: Canadian Open DH

The Crankworx World DH Tour wraps up with a dry and dusty race in Whistler.

Jack Moir was leading the Crankworx Downhill series coming into the last stop, but Troy Brosnan wasn't going to give up without a fight. With the dry and dusty conditions favoring the southern hemisphere contingent they were both enjoying themselves out there, but it was Troy who claimed the top spot on the box with a blistering run that put over 4 seconds into the rest of the field, followed by Sam Blenkinsop in second. With the win, Troy also wrapped up the series title. There was to be more glory for Australia in the women's category as Tracey Hannah ran away with the race and wrapped up her overall title as well.
