6 months of rehab and 1 week on the DH bike was all Greg Minnaar needed to get back to his winning ways. Granted, the opposition at the first round of the Southern African MTB Cup at Cascades in Pietermaritzburg was a little less fierce than it will be at the World Cup that kicks off there in less than a month, but it is nevertheless impressive to see Greg not only back to racing so soon after needing major knee surgery, but already going fast on the bike too. With Cam Cole and Brook MacDonald back in the hunt, and Sam Hill firing on all cylinders when he's not picking fights with kangaroos, the World Cup field is healing up nicely and getting ready for the season of mad racing that lies ahead. Woot!
