I'm pretty sure that the bushings they use are one of the few international standards that hasn't changed for years. If you mean the bushings that are press fit into the shock body that is. The bits that press into that from both sides and accept the bolt can vary widely between frames. Typically the bushings in the shock are not reused as they're cheep and good to keep fresh. Your new shock should come with fresh ones.
1/2 inch diameter frame hardware (aka reducers) is cross-compatible with Cane Creek, Fox, and newer Manitou stuff for sure. Pretty certain Rock Shox is as well.
