Who Won the Giant Trance Advanced 27.5 Bike? Bar Drag Bounty 3 Results
Vital MTBers have, once again, made our Bar Drag Bounty video contest unforgettable. The entries were full of high quality shredding, creativity and diverse riding styles, making the judging process extremely challenging. Once the dust from the deliberations had settled, 3 videos rose to the top.
1st Place, Giant Trance Advanced 27.5 bike with RockShox Suspension and SRAM Components
Bruce S stoked us out with his Bar Draggin in Florida video. This self-filmed edit displays a tenacity and stoke for riding that won us over. Additionally, Bruce has some serious riding skills as he rails ruts and berms, throwing roost into the air with a stack of completely committed turns. Congratulations Bruce on creating such an action-packed riding video in what most mountain bikers might consider sub-par terrain.
2nd Place, Fox Rampage Pro Carbon Helmet
Speed, aggression and commitment in Luke Ball' Trail Bike Shredding video had us on the edge of our seats in this killer edit from Vital member Chamikaze. We watched Luke shred over and over again and it was a tough call about whether or not he should take the victory.
3rd Place, Fox Trail Kit featuring Covert 3/4 sleeve Jersey and Attack Q4 Short
The winner of a Fox Trail Kit goes to Draggin' Bar with Tanner by CJR Films. The intro was hilarious, the filming was solid and the riding was full of speed and strong turns. Well done young guns!

So many of the entries were kick ass!!!!
Almost every video got me amped up to ride and a number of them I watched over and over. If I had to pick a favorite shot it would have to be Kurt's high speed drift......I watched that scene more times than I can count.
I look forward to tearing it up on my new ride and will start working on a follow up vid right away!!
Adding an other dimension of originality to dialed will always help. It's like in a test, laugh points are good.
Not trying to start a judging war or anything (nobody got robbed ), but I enjoyed Kurt Shimada's video the most.
Possibly one of the best contests in the bike scene? How many videos were entered?
KURT GOT FUCKING ROBBED
