Race steed for 2017! Here we go!

Some interesting side points. First, I'm obviously skimping on drivetrain as I don't think it matters. Minimal weight gain at far more reasonable pricing. As far as brakes go, I may upgrade to Code calipers at some point, I'm 200lbs and often make mistakes while riding. Good stoppers help when I'm way off line going too fast.

Other small things - I Went 31.6 this year with my bars - I found 35mm overly stiff (or maybe that is all in my head). Anything to help mitigate arm pump is something I'm into.

Suspension wise I'm pumped. Though the bike isn't metric, I'm super psyched on the X2 RIP RDO combo - for once however I'm overwhelmed with tuning options.

Wheels are awesome considering the price point, any tire will mount on them without being overly square yet I still see the increased "support" of wide-ish rims - all without breaking the bank.

Vittoria has impressed me more and more as I keep testing their stuff, always good to have more legit tire options out there!

Now if it could just dry up around here....

Special thanks to The Hub in Jackson, WY for the help!
